We have fast become one of the leading and most sought after Private and Exclusive Carp Syndicates in the South East of England, with stunning views to match the incredible hand picked carp that swim in our waters.


The goal was to create the type of syndicate that once you’ve joined you won’t want to leave. (And when they do they wished they hadn’t!!)

New in 2019 was Fallow Lake, which has now been changed to Steve’s Lake in loving memory of my late Father, This has been stocked with some amazing english carp in 2017 and left until Jan 1st 2019 when we opened this for fishing. The Lake already boasting some large fish and current lake record stands at 50lb.3 (11 october 2023)

PREMIER CARP SYNDICATE

Situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside, We have developed an exclusive Carp Syndicate for our members to enjoy and to watch the fish mature into really big specimen fish,  Hard to catch but when you do the rewards are massive !

 Fishery Owner Ashley, with his late father who sadly passed away in 2018, invested in some of the best looking carp in the country mainly from VS Fisheries.  Current syndicate record stands at 50lb 3oz (11th October 2023)  70% of the stock in one lake is over 30lb,

I expect we will have over 20 different 40s and in the region of 70 different 30s across the complex in 2021

UPDATE May 2023,
12 different 40s have already been landed in 2023.
